Service Agreement

1. Website Setup Services
The one-time setup fee covers:
- Website design and layout configuration
- Content structure setup
- Technical configuration
- Domain connection (if applicable)
- Launch preparation and deployment support
Setup services begin after estimate approval and initial payment is received.
2. Monthly Hosting and Support Plans
Monthly plans include:
- Secure cloud hosting
- SSL security
- Scheduled backups
- Technical support requests (based on selected plan)
- Minor updates within monthly request limits
Monthly services begin once the website is launched unless otherwise agreed.
3. Minimum Service Term
Monthly hosting and support plans require a 12-month minimum service commitment. Early cancellation before completion of the minimum term may require payment of the remaining balance of the agreement period.
4. Update Requests
Each support plan includes a limited number of monthly update requests. Examples include:
- Text updates
- Image replacements
- Minor layout adjustments
- Contact information changes
Requests outside the included monthly limit may be billed separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Supply logos and content when requested
- Respond to approval requests in a timely manner
Project delays caused by missing client materials may affect delivery timelines.
6. Domain and Hosting
If domain registration is managed by Web4LessPro, it will be maintained during the active service period. Hosting services remain active while the monthly plan is active.
7. Ownership of Content
Clients retain ownership of their business content including:
- Text
- Images provided by the client
- Logos and branding materials
Website infrastructure, tools, and licensed components remain managed by Web4LessPro during the service period.
8. Payments
- Setup fees are required before project work begins.
- Monthly service fees are billed according to the selected plan.
- Late or missed payments may result in service interruption.
9. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation after completion of the minimum service term. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
10. Support Scope
Support plans include standard website maintenance and minor updates. Advanced feature requests, redesign work, integrations, or additional pages may require a separate estimate.
11. Limitation of Liability
Web4LessPro is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers including domain registrars, hosting infrastructure vendors, or internet service providers.
